Bravo brand values

Bravo programmes need to entertain, challenge and shock our viewers. We are irreverent, witty and bold. Programmes for 2008 should be aspirational, credible and authentic. Bravo shows combine a credibility of ideas with a joy of voyeurism.

We focus on subjects guys can talk about with their mates - we're not too touchy feely on Bravo. We use heartland subjects like social disorder, football and adventure as jumping off points for programming on the channel. If it's not something guys would talk about to each other, it's not something that would be the basis of a Bravo show.

And finally, Bravo shows must have a humour and wit to them, even if they are about a hard hitting subject. We never take life too seriously and neither do our programmes. This doesn't mean we're contstantly taking the mic - we're just not as earnest as our rivals when we cover similar territories.
