Virgin1 Positioning
Virgin 1 is a general entertainment freeview channel aimed at an adult (25-54) demographic. The channel sits alongside Living as one of Virgin Media TVs “power brands”. Our programming is aimed at a shared audience with a subtle male skew.
Virgin 1 is noisy, opinionated and grown-up. Commissions are at the heart of the Virgin 1 experience, they will air in peak – at 9pm and 10pm. Their job will be to give the channel its personality, its voice and viewers a sense of belonging. They will embody the British view of the world, our sense of humour and our preoccupations.
