Terms & Conditions

1. The prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open from 25th February 2008 until midnight 14th April 2008 (the "Prize Draw Period") and operated by Interquest.com limited, c/o Frontline Book Keeping Ltd,  Whiteleaf Business Centre, Buckingham, MK18 1TF, an independent market research firm ("Interquest") on behalf of Virgin Media Television, 160 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5QA ("Virgin Media Television") found at URL [http://www.virginmediatelevision.co.uk/].

2. The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents aged 16 or over, except employees of Interquest or Virgin Media Television their agencies or their immediate families and/or anyone else connected with the administration of the Prize Draw ("Players").

3. By entering the Prize Draw, all Players agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any Player who fails to abide by any of these Terms and Conditions, or fails to meet the entry criteria set out in paragraph 2 above, may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Virgin Media Television.

4. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. Players may enter the Prize Draw by joining the Virgin Media Television panel which will be hosted Interquest
5. The details that you provide will be held by Interquest on behalf of Virgin Media Television and will only be used by Interquest and Virgin Media Television for the purposes of inviting you to participate in market research surveys and administering and fulfilling the Prize draw, unless you consent otherwise.

6. Your chances of winning will not be affected if you do not complete any future research questionnaires.

7. Neither Interquest nor Virgin Media Television accept responsibility for incomplete, lost, damaged, incomprehensible or indecipherable entries and all such entries shall be disqualified. Confirmation of sending an entry via the internet is not proof of entry nor does it constitute receipt. No entries will be accepted after midnight 14th April (the "Closing date").

8. Entries become the absolute property of Virgin Media Television and will not be returned.

9. All entries that are completed in full will go forward to a draw. There will be one winning entry which will be the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries validly submitted (the "Winner") and three runners-up which will be the next three entries drawn at random from all eligible entries validly submitted (the "Runners-Up"). The decision by Virgin Media Television and/or Interquest as to the determination of the Winner and the Runners-Up shall be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. The Prize:

The Winner will receive an 8 GB iPod Touch. The Prize includes nothing other than that expressly stated to be included as part of the Prize. Players should be aware that the Prize may be subject to terms and conditions of third parties for which Interquest and Virgin Media Television are not responsible or liable and by entering the Prize Draw all Players are therefore deemed to have accepted and be bound by those terms and conditions.

The Runners-Up will each receive either a Nintendo Wii, a 4 GB iPod Nano or an Olympus FE210 7.1 megapixel digital camera (subject to availability).

11. The Winner and the Runners-Up will be notified by telephone or e-mail during the week commencing 28th April 2008. In the event that the Winner and/or the Runners-Up fail to confirm acceptance of the Prize within 3 days of receiving such notification Interquest and Virgin Media Television reserve the right to substitute the Winner and/or the Runners-Up with another Player of its choice.

12. The Prize is non-transferable, subject to availability and there is no cash alternative. Virgin Media Television may substitute an alternative of the same or comparable value if it, in its sole discretion, deems necessary.

13. The name and county of the Winner and/or the Runners-Up can be obtained by writing to Interquest at the address set out in paragraph 1 (above), enclosing a stamped addressed.

14. The Winner and/or the Runners-Up agree to participate in such reasonable publicity as may be requested by Interquest or Virgin Media Television. The Winner and/or the Runners-Up also agree to the publication of his/her name and county as referred to in paragraph 12 above.

15. As far as permitted by applicable law (but not including liability for personal injury or death arising from its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation) Interquest and Virgin Media Television exclude all liability in connection with the Prize Draw or the Prize awarded or not awarded in connection with the Prize Draw.

16. Interquest and Virgin Media Television reserve the right to modify or vary the Prize Draw and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time.

17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising.
